Worst and most laughable Service Ever just to get a pizza

For the 4th time Del forno’s at Oakfields Shopping Centre Benoni managed to mess up an ordinary margarita pizza - I asked for extra pineapple and extra mushrooms - 1st I’ve received a Hawaïn pizza (with ham), 2nd I received a another Hawaïn pizza , and the third time I received a pizza with just pineapple, and the 4th time I receive a pizza with just mushroom on it. How difficult is it to add extra pineapple and mushroom? Where does the staff get their education? I have proof of every pizza and every call made to try and get the riqht pizza.
