Warning: Tiramisu Contains Alcohol: Not Disclosed on Menu

The service at the Bergbron branch is excellent, and the food is always great.

However, a word of warning: I went there on a date a few months ago and ordered a Tiramisu. The menu did not mention that it contained alcohol, and the waiter also failed to disclose this. As a chef myself, I never use alcohol in Tiramisu, so I was quite surprised.

If you are a recovering alcoholic and happen to order this dessert, be aware — there’s a real risk of relapse, and unfortunately, you shouldn’t expect an apology from the company. I spoke to the waiter, the owner, and even submitted a complaint on their website, but received complete silence in return.

Please be warned: their Tiramisu contains a strong dose of alcohol, seemingly made for those who want a kick, not for the rest of us. Considering this is a growing Muslim community, it’s concerning that there is no disclosure about the alcohol content.
