WAITING PERIOD OF OVER AN HOUR AND PIZZA RAW

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance and i ordered pizza last night from Pizza Del Forno Honeydew,<br />Ordered at 06:32pm. We waited over an hour and at 07:44pm my fiance phoned to follow up. After the second follow up ou pizza arrived at lets say 7-10mins. (We stay literally across the road from this branch in During Road - one can walk even. ) When the pizza finally arrived mine was RAW - you can taste the raw dough , waiting more than an hour for pizza it should not be undercooked. Seriously over it as this stage, i put it in the oven for 10 minutes but it still came out raw. I kept a piece which i can show you how raw it is. </p> <p> </p> <p>A few weeks ago we ordered 6 pizzas from the same branch and we waited long UNDER an hour with the perfect pizzas when delivered. Last night we order 2 pizzas which we waiter for over an hour and it was unedible due to it being RAW. Im sure nobody likes the taste of RAW dough. We paid R270 and what a total waste of money.</p> <p> </p> <p> I will never order here again unless something is being done to rectify this. I am not sure if they forgot to put the order in and when we phoned an hour later they remembered to put the order in and then rushed it. I DO NOT MIND AT ALL to wait an hour for a pizza, but i cannot wait over an hour for RAW pizza and pay R 270 for it. <br /><br />looking forward to your efforts to rectify this. </p>
