Very poor service by Pizza Del Forno, Hillcrest

How long can it possibly take to get two pizzas? We ordered two pizzas for takeaway. While we were waiting I checked the time and saw that is has been more than 30min. I went to the counter to ask where our pizzas are and they said the one is ready and the other one is in the oven. I went back to my seat and saw how they gave the one pizza that was ready to a delivery guy. I went back and asked why they did it and they said they didn't. By that time the second pizza was out of the oven so the manager told me that the second pizza is the one that I saw on the counter at first, they are still waiting for the second one. It took them 55min to get my 2 pizzas to me without giving them to other customers.
