Useless service, and disgusting food at Del Forno Melville boulevard

We unfortunately chose Del forno Melville Boulevard for a friends 70th Birthday, 19th January 2020. First up, the coffee was cold, we waited over 2 hours for our simple breakfasts, we were the only patrons, now I know why. When the breakfasts eventually arrived, they arrived in dribs and drabs. The eggs Benedict was the worst ever, eggs were so hard, they were actually turning blue, the hashes were still frozen, if the chef, if you can call him that should know, eggs should be oozing, unless otherwise ordered. The other breakfasts were awful as well, "crispy" bacon was like eating a piece of leather, pork sausage looked like a shriveled up ****tail sausage it was so over cooked, eggs were a disgrace, either broken, raw, or hard. My father in laws breakfast was obviously not placed by the useless waiter, when it arrived, the white of the eggs were raw. The only semi decent element on the plate were the fries, the so called toast was warm bread!!. The waiter forgot my order of additional hashes, when it came, they were also frozen. I really do not know who was doing the cooking, it's obvious to me it's not a chef, if he is called a chef, he's definitely not worthy of the title. Over a two hour wait to make a few basic breakfasts it totally unacceptable.
