Used match stick in food

My husband and I went to pizza Del Forno ordered our take aways and when we arrived home sat down and ate our food my husband towards the end of his meal got a burnt match in his food .. needless to say this put him off of his food . We tried to call but the lines are engaged this is so disgust !
