Unprofessional Del Forno Glenanda, Johannesburg South

What an absolute disaster to a Mother's Day celebration. We called the Glenanda Del Forno store just before 2pm to make a reservation and enquired about a special which was confirmed. We were told a reservation was not necessary. We arrived at 6pm only for the owner to deny any knowledge of the special in a rather rude and public manner and he refused to call the staff member that confirmed this with us. He kept us waiting for 45 minutes as he needed to confirm with head office. Despite us showing him the special on their website. Eventually when it was confirmed he refused to acknowledge we were correct about the special instead saying its not his fault. He embarrassed and demeaned us. I will not patronize this establishment again as the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.
