The poorest meal and management service from a company!!

We visited this restaurant and ordered alfredo's on ham and one chicken, when it arrived the sauce was like water defiantly not creamy. We asked the waitress to call the manager, he sent her back to say do we want them to make another one, really, we asked to see the manager, eventually when he got to the table my wife had found a hair in her alfredo, we mentioned this to the manager and his answer was "i take note". he even left the plates on the table. I will never go to this facility again. (I did send an email to the company and never received a response)
