Terrible service from the waiter and cooking staff

We went to Del forno restaurant in Emalahleni Belfeur shopping centre on 8 Dec 2022 for lunch. It was me and my 2 daughters. It was my older daughter's birthday.We were offered a table. The upholstered couch seater it's fawn in colour it has stains nd very dirty. The waiter didn't bring cutlery. I used cutlery I found scattered on the table wth no serviette or side plate. He brought services nd just put them on the table wth no side plate.I ordered combo,wings and ribs. He brought them,when I started eating the ribs were burnt, charcoal burnt on the other side. They were presented upside down,the burnt side was face down. During the entire eating time the waiter didn't bother to check on us to ask how is our meals or to ask if we r enjoying the meals. I called him I showed him the ribs. He took them and left. He didn't apologize nd didn't tell me if they will replace them. Later he brought a plate with nicely grilled ribs same amount I had sent back, ,still he said nothing. This was a very terrible experience,I didn't even give him a tip bcs the service was terrible. I just paid for the meals and we left.
