Terrible service

I dont know if its incompetence or if they just dont care about their customers. We have been haplving provlems with them for a while now but it just seems to get worse. Here are 3 different occasions (out of many) First I order Chicken Zucchini which is PASTA with chicken strips, zucchini, sundried cherry tomatoes and chilli. When they delivered it was to pieces of deep fried Chicken that was VERY oily and spinach. When i complained they said they would get back to me and im still waiting. That was in 2020. Then i phoned to place another order sometime later (near the end of 2020) and the phone just keeps ringing. I tried about 10 times before someone eventually answered. The person on the line had no clue what he was doing and actually put me on hold probably to get assistance. I had to repeat myself numerous times before he got it right. Then the last time we ordered was early January 2021. I ordered a Nschos Pizza. Which is basically a pizza with NACHOS, and other ingredients. We've had it before quite some time ago and it was fine. This time, there were probably 2 Nachos on that whole pizza. I found 2 tiny pieces of nachos in my slices and my husband hardly any! This was the final straw. We pay for services that we're just not getting anymore. Pizza Del Fornos is getting pathetic!!
