Spoiled burgers

After writing for an hour for our food we got served burgers and the patty was off and also sour... the manager Lilly came to tell me that I'm lying she did not even acknowledge our complain she told me that it's not true i even lost my appetite. She was very defensive I'm very sad because I love the food there.
