Rotten chicken

Our company ordered chicken burgers for lunch the. The chicken was spiced and marinated with vinegar thinking we would be able to smell and taste that their chicken is not good. The moment I opened the box I could smell the rotten chicken and I took a bit to taste it was terrible. Chicken is not good when is rotten and people can get serious food poisoning from it. Is the business not so good that you rather give people rotten chicken than to throw it away. I very disappointed at the service we got from this restaurant in
