Poor service :(

I ordered a Large Carne - priced at R179-00 on the date 23Jun2023 order number 110 from shop 20, Ridge Terrace,

I waited an hour before I got my pizza and in the time I was waiting for my order several other members of the public who walked in and ordered over the counter after I had placed my order got there food before me.

I was not notified of any delay just told that my order was coming .. a pizza takes 15-30 min to preapare not an hour.

This is not acceptable and any manager or owner should make there customers aware of any delay to ensure customer satisfacation.
