Pizza Del Forno Honeydew... This outlet went on a marketing campaign last week distributing sms notifications for specials. This included 4 Pizzas if ordered online. Delivery arrives with only 3 pizzas and to place a cherry on top, the one pizza contained pieces of burnt mop strings! A visit to the restaurant and telephone call to the owner, the owner informed me that he has previously asked the staff that when they clean the oven to ensure no mop strings are left behind??? All I imagined was that the mop used to clean the floor also ends up cleaning the oven?? Nevertheless, the missing pizza arrived whilst at the store which I declined to take due to: 1) I have serious doubts about this restaurant’s hygiene policies 2) The order was not what was ordered! Being a loyal customer for 5 years.... you (the franchise) now lost me as a customer!
