PATHETIC SERVICE

We vowed we would not order again for delivery - but decided to give them another chance. We phoned and placed our order to deliver at 7h00pm, at 8h30 we phoned and were told the food was on its way, at 10h00pm we phoned about 3 times, but the phone just rang. It never arrived. The next day we went to their restaurant and asked to speak to the owner. The owner made me feel like it was my fault and was not apologetic at all as the manager apparently went personally to deliver & according to the he owner phoned us but we never collected the food outside. So the owner phoned the manager and he told me that he rang the doorbell on the gate 3 times and then he assumed we were asleep that is why he didn't phone us to say he was there. Now we have 4 dogs, its just funny that none of these 4 dogs heard anyone at the gate. Neither did we and we went outside to check. But the attitude that I got from the owner was **********. At long last I told her that I can see I'm not winning this battle and that their service sucks. We will never use them again as this is not the first time we have received bad service. We have actually never received good service from them.
