Owner is rude when the order is wrong twice!

I ordered a chicken cheese burger with no tomato for delivery, it arrived with no cheese and looked very unappetizing (chicken looked boiled not grilled). So I called and explained the problem and was told I would be sent a replacement, almost an hour later it arrived. I kept the other untouched burger to give back. The new one arrived, still no cheese, wrong mayo and now with tomato and not looking any better! So I called again, was told to talk to the owner. I could hear him going off in the background! That he checked it himself and what would I actually like him to do!! I cannot believe his attitude!!! He then went off at me in the phone too with a horrible attitude! I am a regular customer at Del Forno Farramere!! And the owner was rude and condescending when the error was his!! Won’t be returning to them ever again!
