New ownership - poor service and hygience

We have been going to this pizza place and even joined the rewards / loyalty program. We arrived today and there was no person at the take away or restaurant area. They were all in the back. We seated ourselves at the restaurant and the went looking for a waitress. She took the drinks order (didn't write it down and naturally got the order incorrect when bringing drinks) might I add. We waited for drinks and food for a hour!! 1 customer can to the take away section, she our waitress then assisted him at the take away and he got his food quickly. We still awaited for our food.
