Lasagne made of lasagne and soya soup

I have ordered beef lasagne from Del Forno in farrarmere, When I opened it. For me that wasn't lasagne. It was lasagne sheets and a soya soup topped with cheese sauce. Because there was no beef mince. I called them to find out exactly what happened with my food. I spoke to Elder who said he cannot assist me because he get their lasagne from the head office, he then advised me to logon to their website to complain. Which doesn't help me because I was hungry and wanted food. I told him to refund my money and take his soya soup back. He told me that he will wait for the delivery man to arrive at the store, he will then send him back to give me my refund. Is there a delivery man without a cell phone at this time and age?
