Is eating at Del Forno now a health hazard?

I have eaten anchovies before and i do expect small bones, but chefs or cooks should remove large bones. I have a large bone stuck in the back of my mouth in the back of my tongue and i do not have a medical aid and i do not have money for doctors. I have tried to contact the owner i have left messages and no reply. I will be contacting my lawyer, health department and i will be making posts on facebook. This is unacceptable as i now have a large bone stuck in my throat and the owner refuses to contact me or resolve the prblem making me report it to Mr D when they were not responsible for the prepration of the food
