I am extremely unhappy about the service i have received from the establishment

I am extremely unhappy about the service i have received from the establishment. I placed an order via Uber Eats for R388.00. When the driver arrived, my food packaging was not packed properly. All my food leaked out from the 3 meals that i ordered . when i called the restaurant. The excuse is that they do not deliver the food, but they are responsible for packing the food properly and ensuring that when it's handed to the driver, it is sealed properly for safety. I have not accepted this order and sent it back. The staff are quick to blame the driver but take no accountability for how it was packed. We will never order from the restaurant ever again due to your lack of accountability and interest in their customers. too quick to advise to get a refund from Uber Eats, but that's all they can do. I find this to be unfair.
