Horrible service from Mall @ Reds Delforno

Horrible service at the Mall at Reds branch of Del Forno! We ordered and waited almost an hour the kids were restless and hungry, we eventually had to call someone to ask what was going on and she said it will be out soon and we asked to speak to the manager. The manager eventually came about 5mins later, he came just to say sorry the 1 burger takes long to make it's takes 25 to 30min, wlsonwe said that's fine but we have been waiting for well over 50mins already! People came in after us got their food are and left! We eventually got the food and it was all cold and horrible. On top of that the kiddies so called the kids combo includes the food an drink and toy, the toy after we asked and waited a further 15mins did they then take us outside after the manager had given a waiter 2 R5s to put into those vending machines and give us 2 plastic ***** for the kids, 1 had what was supposed to be a toy car but had missing parts and the other a broken little teacup. It was our 1st time trying the restaurant and it will definately be the last! The burgers were horrible and over cooked the chips were dry and ice cold! No one came to check on us during our wait or during the meals that we couldn't finish as it was horrible!
