Happy Campers @ Pizza Del Forno, Farrarmere

We frequently order from Pizza Del Forno, Farrarmere. The food is really good and usually we don't have any problems with our order or delivery. In fact, they often go to great lengths to make sure you get your order. Recently, our order got badly messed up and we got delivered only about half of it. It was Friday night and they were very busy. In an attempt to rectify, we got sent another burger and chips, but we were still missing some of our order. We ended up sharing what we had and left it at that. On Monday I got a phone call from them apologizing and trying to get behind what had gone wrong. I subsequently received a message from the owner apologizing again and giving us a voucher for our next order! Where other restaurants would have left it at that, they really followed up and made sure to keep us as happy customers. #greatbusiness
