Front desk lady 13/01/2021

I seriously cannot believe the kind of customer service I received at Del Forno Flora Centre!!! I called before 8 o'clock to find out if they are open hoping to get a quick supper and a drink. I arrived at half 8 and the response I got from the lady at the till was shocking it was as if I had missed a meeting. The lady at the front desk told me that they are closing at 09:30 so I said its okay, I will just have a drink. She literally screamed to the other waiter if it's okay if I can order a drink (They wanna phuza!!) I never had problems with the service I got there before but today was like I was doing them a favour. They literally checked up on me ever 2seconds to see if I am done. I had to rush my drink. I felt so pressured the whole time. I cannot understand how can you work with people if you do not know how to communicate with other people. I had many options to go to but I really wanted DEL FONOS PIZZA!!! But i felt like that was not going to happen! I am in shocked and disbelieve at the service I got. Customer service was disgusting, horrible, scary to say the least. I will be posting this on all my social media platforms as this is shocking!!! You hire someone that clearly don't know anything about customer satisfaction and you fine with that!!! I dont expect a call or dont wanna any free food but you guys must literally be ashamed of yourselves!!! I will not recommend your place to anyone!!! Flora is already empty no custormes and you have the decency to do that!!!
