Food poisoning

I went to del Forno Mall of the south I was served off chicken on my pasta. I informed the manager that this chicken is off he then assured me that it is not and that’s what they have been serving the whole day. I left the unhappy I then later had food poisoning and had to stay away from work for 2 days
