Excellent client service

I recently had a somewhat negative experience at Pizza Del Forno yet when raising my concern I was treated in a highly professional and client-orientated way. Ms Juvena le Roux immediately attended to the inquiry in a very helpful and professional way. She went out of her way to accommodate me and compensate me for the inconvenience. This is a huge bonus as the food and ambiance is excellent, having me return to the restaurant as often as possible.
