Disgusting Level of Service!

This mail serves to notify you of the service that is currently been executed at the Meadowdale branch.

On Monday afternoon i sat with my family at your restaurant, i would like to point out that i was the only customer in the store on this day at around 13h45.

The waiter that served us did not adhere to covid protocols as his mask was not covering his nose, we placed an order for 2 milkshakes and an Eton mess, this took about 15min to come to the table one of the milkshakes was overflowing and came to the table with a messed glass without the additional fresh cream i had ordered. I asked the waiter twice for the cream to which response i got is its coming.

The Eton mess arrived with old frozen strawberry's, at this stage i got up to confront the manager about the disgusting service and poor quality of food, the manager then asked me if we did not mess the glass and took out a small container of strawberries from fridge and said this is what they use. This strawberries are ****** old i dont go to a restaurant to pay high prices for old things and a dirty glass.

There was no apology from the waiters nor the manger instead i was told you don't have to pay R74. 00 bill! Going to a restaurant is more then financial its suppose to be an experience that's enjoyed.

My family loves the delfornos brand we often go to the Bedford one and every time we receive great fresh food and excellent service

The Meadowdale branch is an absolute disgrace to the Delfornos brand.

I am sorely disappointed and disgusted after my experience, i will not be back and will definitely tell other friends and family not to waste their time and money on this branch.
