Disgusting food

Ordered Alfredo from del forno ruimsig (feather Brooke village) after a couple of bites I immediately noticed the mushrooms and the cream was sour and off with dirt still inside one of the mushrooms I bit in, truly disgusted since this is the second time this happened at the same restaurant. Would not recommend this franchise to anyone anymore. Disgusted is putting it nicely.
