Disgusting Food and Horrible service

Hi. I am not one to complain and can assure you that we are very regular supporters of your franchise. This was the second time we had a terrible experience at your new market restaurant and unfortunately this time the experience was shocking. Our breakfast arrived in drips and drab on dirty and chipped plates. Eggs were burnt to a point that we could not eat it. The toast was literally wet I don't know why. And the chips over spiced to a point that we could not eat it. We sent full plates back and to top it off when I confronted the manager he had no idea how to manage it and just gave a weak Apology his service was horrible he nade no attempt to assist in any way. We paid in full and left. I am beyond disappointed as this was supposed to be a special occasion for my mom and aunt. I am highly disappointed 😞 furthermore I have since reached out to their Facebook page they read the msg and never responded.
