Disappointed

I tried to call Del Forno Honeydew Ridge to place an order for delivery since 6pm & the couldn't get through. I tried to order via the App, no luck either. I eventually went to the store & I was told by the Manager that they can't take anymore orders as they need to finish up.yhe last orders to close the shop by there were many customers still in the store. I like going to this restaurant but I'm disappointed. When I asked why I couldn't get through both the numbers, I was told that they took the phones off the hook as it is very busy. So how will customers know that they are very busy if they take the phones off the hook???

I actually felt for pizza tonight. At 20:15, I still haven't had my supper.
