Del Forno - worst service!!!

Oakfields Del Forno (Benoni) has the worst service ever!!!

Ordered a takeaway on their app on Sunday at 11:50. Got confirmation of order and a message saying I'll get my food within an hour. Only got my delivery at 13:45 and food was cold. This after I phoned the store twice asking about my order. I sent them a direct message on Facebook and they didn't even bother with an excuse or apology! Avoid!!!!!!
