Del forno worker no manners at all

Theres guy that takes orders at the del forno in Witpoortjie his rude has no manners. At first i call to place an order for delivery. He does not say that there extra cost for delivery. I ask for sauce to be added 1 i get my order the sauce is not there. I call them and then tells that i should pay extra for sauce which he did not say in the first call. As im taking to him he hung up in my ears. During the first i asked how much will every be including delivery. He gave me the total due which did not include all the things i asked about. The delivery guy gets here and im being told delivery costs and prices of the sauce. THE GUY THAT TAKED ORDERS THERE IS FULL OF SH*T
