Del Forno Steaks .... 'Misteakes'!!!!!

I went to a Del Forno restaurant the other day. I have been there a few times and their food is quite good. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't good at all. I ordered a steak roll. The steak was small, three quarters fat and totally unappetizing! I complained to the waiter. He said that I'm not the first person to complain. And that was that. No compensation. The manager didn't apologize. I was expected to pay the full amount. I doubt that I'll be back soon. Such bad quality and service.
