Del Forno Ruimsig shocking food order through uber eats

I order teo saucy chicken strips from Del Forno Ruimsig. I received normal chicken strips and mayo in a smallcontainerwith old and cold chips. This was very dissapointing. When i phoned the store the lady told me that is the saucy chicken strips. Not sure why the image on the uber app displays a totally different product. Shocking food - dont order from Del Forno through uber eats. You never know what you are going to get. Surely we must get what we ordered and paid for!
