The delivery time promised on the Uber Eats app was 10 to 30 minutes. However, the delivery took over an hour, far exceeding the expected timeframe. Furthermore, upon receipt of the order, it was evident that mistakes had been made. A steak pizza was missing entirely, and the chicken strips provided were incorrect.

When I contacted the manager, Tembi, she initially assured me that the missing pizza would be delivered within 10 minutes. However, after waiting for an additional 20 minutes with no sign of the missing item, I called back to inquire further. At that point, I was informed that there were no available drivers to deliver the pizza.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is entirely unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have lost all confidence in Del Forno's ability to provide reliable and satisfactory service.
