Del Forno burnt food and ashy service

I am very disappointed in the service and food I received from Del Forno in Melville, over the phone on the 26th March 2020 I called to find out if the store was still open as Take away stores were closing due to the Lockdown for Coronavirus The Gentleman over the phone advised they close at 9pm bit it might be sooner as they were running out of food I decided to order for my Fiancée and I.. A medium Alla Papa Pizza and Main Wings.. These are two things we already knew and loved We got to the store to collect and the lady assisting in front didn't give a damn that we were there. She ignored us until we made a comment. Our food was ready for long so it was also no longer hot.. When we got home we found the pizza was fine but the wings were burnt and they used the sauce to cover that up.. I could barely eat them or return them as the store was now closed.. I will make sure to make fellow Melville residents aware.. Regardless of the crisis, they could have said the food was not good to sell and offered something else instead of selling that to me.. But business came first..
