Del Forno Bergbron

Good day.

On Friday afternoon at approx.. 15h50 I placed an order with the bergbron branch for the Two Chicken Pizza Special for delivery. I am about 600m away. I waited till about 6pm where both my Fiance and I tried calling the store but both lines were constantly engaged. I then GOT IN MY CAR and drove to the store. Upon my arrival the front door was barricaded and a black gentleman with dreadlocks running back and forth. There were 2 other customers there. I asked the black gentleman where my order was he went to the back and then said he doesn’t know. I asked for the Manager and went back and returned to tell me the manager Michael was busy and could not come. However I was to go home as the pizza was on its way with the delivery guy. I came home and we waited. By 9pm I took out Chicken nuggets from the deep freeze and cooked for the 5 and 8 year old as well as myself and Fiance.

The next day I called and complained to Michael he said they would investigate as my pizzas were delivered and paid for according to the delivery driver. We told them we did not get anything. My Fiance then went to the store with my friend Gemus as I watched over the children to discuss the matter.

This is what transpired:

Bianca my Fiance spoke with the Owner ( Large Gentleman ) and the black gentleman with dreadlocks. She asked them if I had been to the store personally on Friday night. The black gentleman then pointed at my friend ( Who is full of tattoo’s ) and said yes he was here the one with all the tattoo’s and was drunk and screaming at me. My Fiance then in front of the owner, pointed out that this was in fact not me but actually my friend and showed them both a picture of me on her Screensaver. To which the owner and black gentleman where both speechless. The owner then said he will investigate this with head office and took my number.

Today I called and spoke to Michael. He advised me that the owner had reported the matter to Head Office and was investigating who paid for the Pizza’s?

Surely after all this an apology could have been made. I have now not only not got my order but am being falsely accused of being a **** and a drunk?
