Del Forno App: overbilled
I ordered the Tuesday special, 2 pastas at R145 on 2022-05-24 on the Del Forno app. I was billed R225. I lodged a complaint on the Del Forno app on the same day, no feedback yet. I went to the Del Forno website to lodge the complaint on 2022-05-27, still no response.
What will it take to get someone to respond?
