Complaint about UNFAIR business practice

Received today this by SMS "We are bringing Pizzas back! 3 Lrg Orig Pizzas ONLY R199. Valid today only for delivery through our Del Forno APP http://delforno.co.za/df-app.html. SMSTOP" & ordered pizzas from Del Forno at Verdi Square (Jhb), hoping for R 199. But they charged me R 209, & when I asked for what the extra R 10 was charged for - as the delivery guy told me that he doesn't get ANY cent from that, the manager of that business told me "it's for the petrol" - which they didn't mention in the adverti*****t.

I write this because the DELIVERY GUYS get NOTHING at the end of the day - if you don't tip them with another R 10 or whatever you want - but are just EXPLOITED by THIS practice of Del Forno for NOTdisclosing that their R 10 EXTRA charge is NOT going to the guys who deliver the food to you.

For THIS unfair business practice I decided NEVER EVER to buy from Del Forno again - this was my LAST time - but to boycott them & expose their UNFAIR business practices to their delivery people & customers.

The simplest & most HONEST way they could have done in their SMS add to mention that "extra R 10 is charged for petrol, NOT for the person who delivers!"
