Cold pizza with avo that turned black

Ordered pizza from here tonight and it took about 1h20min for them to deliver. The pizzas arrived cold and the avo on my nachos pizza was black. The chicken on the pizza had rubbery pieces in it. Rather disgusting - prices have gone up and quality has gone down.
