Bromhof is a disgusting if you want good food dis

We went to the Bromhof Del Forno for mother’s day , biggest mistake ever made . Waitress was rude and arrogant. Food was disgusting as the eggs over cooked and the toast was just dried bread , my sons avo smash eel now where to start 1 st avo was raw and inedible and the egg well done , the tea and coffee ordered arrived late as we asked for them with our meal and had to ask Florence for them and they arrived with hot milk and not cold as ordered , when Florence was asked to change for cold she had a hissy fit and brought a carafe of milk and the comment was ( for both of you) after slamming it on the table . The manager never once asked how the meal was and was to busy moving tables around with a lot of noise . So all in all an absolute disaster and we’d frequently been to the shop . But from now on they can go play in the traffic as the manager Lorenzo asked us 3 days later what he must do to resolve the issue and not once made a suggestion on fixing the mess up and as usual you can’t get past the switchboard to speak to the senior people at head office as they all hide away from their stuff up of a store
