BAD SERVICE

I called in at 17:30 to order pasta. I explained to the person who took the order that I DONOT want ham/chicken in the pasta. He advised that would be no problem. At 18:15 i called in because I still hadn't received my order and note i live two minutes away from them. The order eventually came in at 18:40. The driver left and when I went into the house I noticed that the food had HAM. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He was very apologetic and advised that he will ensure that a new pasta gets delivered to me. I explained to him that my children were extremely hungry because the initial order was placed at 17:30. He understood and apologized profusely. It is now 20:10 and I still have no food and the line is continuously engaged. Hows that for service. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN
