Bad meat

I ordered a hamburger and when it came the patty was smelling and tasting horrible. I called the waitress to complain, she actually agreed withe and called the manager. He insisted that there was nothing wrong and the meat was only matured. He eventually offered to make a new one and I agreed. The new one was definitely much better. The experience and the managers reaction put me of the place forever.
