Bad customer service

On the 1st November 2019 we bought pizza from their medium special of R110. What a terrible waiting period in their store in Vanderbijlpark. We wanted to even cancel the order. When it finally came we decided to collect and leave as planned on to get surprised when we get home that is not even what we ordered. We were so disappointed and angry at the same time because of all the distance we travelled. We reside in Vereeniging and they don't deliver around us here. I feel like they prioritize people home orders more than walk in take away orders. I've always enjoyed their pizza but this time around nope they've lost the touch. After that experience I don't think I will order from them again.
