Appalling service at Pizza Del Forno, Shop 21 Hillcrest Boulevard, Lynnwood Rd

<p>I’d like to express my disappointment at the appalling service rendered at Pizza Del Forno, Shop 21 Hillcrest Boulevard, Lynnwood Rd. I ordered a bacon, cheese and egg sandwich (take away) this afternoon, 2 March 2017 at 12:41pm. My order was handed to me in a white used scrunched up plastic bag despite requests from one of the waiters to her colleague to use a new plastic bag. Upon being handed my order, I returned the used bag and requested for a new one. The waitron who handed me the new plastic had such a bad attitude and shoved the plastic on the counter for me to repack the food myself. I asked her to pack the food in the new bag, but she stubbornly refused. This is so unprofessional and I find this unacceptable. The waitron would not even hand over serviettes and seasoning which were behind the counter right in front of her. Fortunately, another waitron came to my service in the end. I had to leave for work, so had no time to escalate the issue. I thought I caught a glimpse of the manager who all this while pretended like she was oblivious to what was going on, although I may have wrongly assumed it was the manager. I hope this issue can be addressed.</p>
