Appalling customer service from management

I will never set foot here ever again. Absolutely terrible service from the female manager who was on duty today 13/06. I asked to change my drink order from a can to something warm she told me it’s not possible . I asked her to issue a refund and it had to be a debate before she did that, she the went to further ask me “what’s my problem “ because she changed my drink anyways. She then went on to further tell me that "it’s enough” I should keep quiet cause my order has been changed. It was my first time coming here and definitely my last. I will not entertain being so disrespected when there so many other establishments in the area that offer much better service.(This is the hillcrest branch in Hatfield)
