Good Food, Awful Service!

Good Food, Awful Service! From the time we walked in, we were met with indifference. Then we were shown to a back room and on choosing a table were told we couldn't sit there because it was for 'children'. We then chose to sit upstairs and found a table. Placed our drinks order with a very sad an unenthusiastic waitress. 1 of the 4 were the correct drinks. The food orders were correct but by then the mood had left us feeling like we had wasted our money and time here. On leaving the man at the bar lifted his head looked our direction but offered no acknowledgement or salutation. Restaurants need to understand that 8 out of 10 times people will go back to a place if the food is average but the service is good. We on the other hand will never frequent another of these franchises and especially not this one under this ownership. I do hope they can turn it around!
