This is the email I sent two days ago, no reply!!!!!

I write this email this morning with a sense of ...Oh don't complain and be petty....

Unfortunately, that's my heart talking not my common sense!

Last evening I was late leaving work so I decided to buy a pasta take away from your Florida Road store. What an absolutely bad choice. I knew I would have to wait a bit, it being pasta, but what a surprise, it '5 minutes and the food was ready.

It smelt divine so I hurried home because I was starving. What a disappointment. I understand that certain of the elements will be precooked and then zooshed up but this is not the kind of quality I expected from your brand at all.

The pasta was precooked, no problem, the sauce however, had almost no taste (Alfredo Steak), I don't think it was cooked sauce, it was a premade or packet something, was very bland and not even mixed in properly. the "STEAK" was my real issue, I saw a tables**** of brown on top of the pasta, I never had my glasses on so I thought this was mushroom garnish, but lo and behold, it was the steak, precooked, DEFINITELY!!! no taste, no spices, nothing, very crumbly and obviously frozen and reheated in the micro and just dumped on top of the pasta, no cheese on top, no real herbs, spices, nothing. For this I paid almost R100 for what is about I think maybe 300grams of food in a takeaway container. I will tell you that Knor or Royco's Alfredo in a packet way surpasses the flavour your flavourless food had, onto which I could also just have dumped 30gms of crumbly maybe steak!!

I really am disgusted to say the least.... unfortunately you wont see me back again! If this is what you can serve a client as a top class meal, at a top class price then unfortunately it doesnt spell good for you in an already struggling economy.

I just thought I would give my two cents.... just for the record I ate the "FOOD" it was late, I was hungry I had no choice!
