Pizza Boys Phoenix - Terrible customer service!

. Pizza Boyz phoenix has absolutely terrible customer service. Call in to order for delivery the lady does not know how to calculate the price of the order! Says she will call me back. Confirms my number 3 times but does not call.

Finally I call back and place the order. Wait for an hour and wonder wher is my delivery? Call the store for a 3rd time and the manager says all the delivery drivers have cashed up and left. I explained that I did not get my order and I have a family waiting hungry. This guy was so rude on the phone and he says the call cut off when my order was placed and the lady did not put it through. I was shocked at this lie. My order was confirmed 3 times on the phone call! Asked to speak to the owner and he refused to put me in touch. Said he will get him to contact me. Apparently they don't call customers back to confirm the order if they think the call was cut off. That is how valued customers are to them that they lie and don't know what they doing at the store. It's 8:15 pm on a Sunday and I have 4 mouths to feed and this guy makes my family go hungry because of their incompotency. This is very sad. Honestly very bad service. I am appauled by this bad customer experience. Please don't waste your time speaking to the manager Vernon as he is a rude guy and does not have any compassion or knowledge on how customers should be treated or resolving an issue. Shame on you. I feel sorry for the owner
