Disappointing service pizza boys Florida Rd no social dustancing

Ordered pepperoni pizza and pizza pops Ordered before 18h55. No order numer given. Was told order read in 35 to 40 minutes. Arrive for order. Order not ready. Most disappointing is no social distancing in site store. Customers don't follow any que. Customers just walk to the counter. Disrespecting people in the que. We are at alert level 4. The store management are hopeless in taking charge of the orders. Numbers were also mixed up. Three people from the store could not tell me my order number nor what happened to my order. When I started raising my voice then magically I'm told they waiting for the pops. I waited 50 minutes and told them I'm walking out and reporting them.
