2 hours waiting for a pizza and im located 5 minutes away

Extremely dissapointed. I ordered 2 large pizzas at 12.45 for guests that are down from JHB. The pizza arrived at 14.45pm 2 hours later. When i called in at 13.30, the guy behind the counter advised me that the order had left 5 minutes ago. I waited and called again at 14.20 to speak to the manager and the manager tells me now that the order left 5 minutes ago. I advised her that i am unhappy due to her worker lying to me the previous time. I couldve ordered from elsewhere and im sure that i wouldve recieved my meal on time. When the driver finally arrives, he advised that the manager had sent two drivers to town and that she had **** that pizzas were on the way. She infact had no drivers. Why place an order and have pizzas get cold and dry instead of advising the customer that you would be able to call back when the driver arrives. This is absolutely disgusting from a management point of view and clearly, customer service is not one of the core factors when it comes to the Pizza boys brand. Its extremely distgusting considering i support this franchise so often. To be **** to and then when the pizza comes, the cheese is dry and the crust is rubbery probably due to the fact that hot pizzas were laying on the counter waiting to be delivered. My number is ********** 917, my work number is ********** 172/ ********** 000.........search those numbers and have a look at how many times myself and my colleagues have supported this franchise. Im extremely disspointed. A dont give a damn attitude about customers from Pizza boys. The manager named Thembe (umhlanga branch) **** on behalf of her staff. All my calls are recorded as i work in a financial institute. Have a look as well at how many times i had to call in to find out about my order as i had guests waiting and also listen to the manager and her staff lying. Thats even more pathetic. Something needs to be done about this. I assure you, i will be mentioning my experience on all media platforms and i will ensure that myself and my colleagues do not support pizza boys. In fact, ive eaten from Romans and Aurelias, never had a problem. Will definately take our money elsewhere. R200.00 each time can be enjoyed somewhere else. I am very unhappy. P.S, im still hungry as i threw the slice of pizza i had away.
